If orders have been been recieved prior to 10am on the day of delivery we will guarantee items going to a business to be delivered by 5:30pm and those going to a residential address by 7pm.
If you know that a business closes before 5:30pm or if the recipient is only working particular hours, please ensure you make mention in the "Special Delivery Instructions" box. We will do our best to ensure your request is fulfilled.

Monday - Saturday:
Orders must be received by 10am on the day of delivery in order to guarantee same day delivery. We cannot guarantee that we will have the appropriate stock in store though. We will contact you in the event that stock is unavailable on the given day.
It is often possible to deliver the same day for orders received after 10am. If we cannot make the delivery we will contact you as soon as possible. If you need to know before placing the order, we suggest making a quick phone call and talking to one of our friendly team members on 1300 866 968.
For orders received after 10am , if we cannot deliver the same day, the order will be delivered on the following day. If you do not want this to happen, please specify a cancellation note in the delivery instructions space provided.

We offer our customers a Saturday delivery service providing the order is received before 10am.
Deliveries will be guaranteed to be completed by 5pm on Saturdays.
It is often possible to deliver on Saturday for orders received before 12noon on Saturday. Orders received after 12noon on Saturday will be collected on the following working day. One of our team will contact you to advise of a change in delivery day.
For orders received after 10am , if we cannot deliver the same day, the order will be delivered on the following business day. If you do not want this to happen, please specify a cancellation note in the delivery instructions space provided. One of our team members will contact you for notification of changed delivery days.
We offer our customers the opportunity to nominate Sunday Deliveries; however, we cannot guarantee this service. Please call 1300 866 968 to request any Sunday deliveries & we will confirm or decline your order based on our Courier availability.
If an order is placed for a Sunday and you have not confirmed over the phone, we will check availability with our courier & advise you if there are any problems.
If an order is placed on Saturday afternoon for Sunday delivery, the delivery will be made on the next working day.

Items being delivered to a Funeral will attract a $4.50 surcharge as a specific time drop. This is calculated in the Shipping area in your Shopping Cart - simply select the relevant Shipping Method as "Courier - Funeral Deliveries".
When completing your order, please write the time of the Funeral & the name of the person who has passed away in the "Card Message/Specific Delivery Instructions" box.

We offer our customers the opportunity to nominate a morning / afternoon preferred time of delivery.
Morning preferred deliveries : Order MUST be received by 12noon on the day prior to the requested delivery day. Morning preferred deliveries will be delivered at any time before 12noon on the requested day.
Monday morning preferred deliveries : Orders MUST be received before 12noon on Saturday. This also applies to Tuesday morning deliveries when a Public Holiday falls on the Monday.
Afternoon preferred deliveries : Order MUST be received by 5pm on the day prior to the requested delivery day. Afternoon preferred deliveries will be delivered at any time in the afternoon before 5:30pm for business addresses and 7pm for residential addresses.
For orders received after the cut off times, we will endeavour to meet your preference specified, however, this cannot be guaranteed – the order will be delivered as close to your preference as possible.
The Blu Tulip is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. As the customer, please make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order.
If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a "not at home" card at the recipient’s location. The "not at home" card explains the situation and asks the recipient to contact the courier or The Blu Tulip. We will do our best to deliver the gift at a later date if the recipient replies to the "not at home" card.
Additional delivery fees may apply if we need to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may need to collect the order from The Blu Tulip.
The Blu Tulip will try their best to deliver any gift but we do not guarantee the delivery of any gift if one of the following occurs:
