Our Guarantee

At The Blu Tulip we guarantee that you will receive beautiful fresh flowers that will look stunning on arrival.  We guarantee that your flowers will be delivered on time by a specialist floral courier in the same condition that they left the shop. We guarantee that we will only use premium quality flowers and will take exceptional care in the preparation & production of your arrangements.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of product you have received, we will replace your arrangement.  We will remove the old arrangement so that we can see the problem and derive a course of action to ensure the problem does not occur in the future.

Substitution Policy

Please be aware that the availability of containers and flower varieties/colours may vary throughout the year. We will endeavour to fulfil your preferences, however, if we can’t, another suitable container or flower variety/colour will be used and produced to the same value.

Cancellation Policy

While it is undesirable; we understand that circumstances may arise where an order may need to be cancelled. The following conditions apply with cancellations:

  • 24hours notification prior to the requested delivery day will receive a refund less a $15 administration fee.
  • Less than 24hours notification prior to the requested delivery day will receive a refund less 50% of the total order value (minimum $20 administration fee applies)
  • We are unable to cancel orders that have already been produced.

DELIVERY POLICY:

Recipient "Not at Home":

The Blu Tulip is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. As the customer, please make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order.

If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a "not at home" card at the recipient’s location. The "not at home" card explains the situation and asks the recipient to contact the courier or The Blu Tulip. We will do our best to deliver the gift at a later date if the recipient replies to the "not at home" card.

Additional delivery fees may apply if we need to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may need to collect the order from The Blu Tulip.

Non-Delivery:

The Blu Tulip will try their best to deliver any gift but we do not guarantee the delivery of any gift if one of the following occurs:

  • Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift
  • Address provided is incorrect
  • Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to the "not at home" card left by our courier.

If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made.
